Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

• New Zealand

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
• Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

If you have an account, you can also track your order in the My Orders section of your profile.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
